Pilates
We are currently offering Mat Pilates for those new to Pilates. This course focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing mobility. This class also offers modifications to accommodate all fitness levels.
As we age, maintaining balance, posture, and muscle strength is essential for everyday well-being, and Pilates provides the perfect low-impact workout to achieve these goals. Expect to leave each session feeling stronger, more aligned, and energized.

Specialized Fitness Training
Pregnancy Pilates Group Classes are a great way to prepare the body for delivery. We also offer Postpartum group classes for after delivery.
If you're not into the group thing, we also work one-on-one with clients, so please get in touch with us for more information.

Dance Aerobics
Come join in the fun with these efficient and effective workouts for everyone! Jazzercise is a total-body workout, offering classes that are taught to popular music, with inspiration from hip hop, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and dance. Classes are held in Maltby near the Maltby Cafe and Flower World.
