  • Pilates

    We are currently offering Mat Pilates for those new to Pilates. Working in a private or semi-private session with your instructor, you will focus on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing mobility.

    As we age, maintaining balance, posture, and muscle strength is essential for everyday well-being, and Pilates provides the perfect low-impact workout to achieve these goals. Expect to leave each session feeling stronger, more aligned, and energized.

  • Specialized Fitness Training

    APRIL CLASS UPDATE: We are putting our Postpartum group classes on hold for a little while. In the meantime, we will continue to work with individuals on their postpartum fitness goals. Please reach out to Wendy to schedule your private or semi-private session at whwoodside @ comcast.net

    We offer Postpartum group classes for new moms. It’s a great way to connect with your body and other moms of infants and toddlers.

    If you're not into the group thing, we also work one-on-one with clients, so please get in touch with us for more information. 

    A 3-part class series of Postpartum Pilates is on the schedule for February 2025 and another one in March 2025.

  • Pilates for Travel

    Learn how you can continue your Exercise Program and Pilates Practice while traveling!

     We will use portable Pilates props that are easy to pack in your travel bag.

     You will learn how to strengthen and stretch your body while on vacation using packable props (bands, inflatable balls, and water bottles).

     This Travel-themed Pilates workshop is available for all levels of experience.  All props needed for this workshop will be provided at the gym. Wear comfortable clothes and bring your mat!

    (And not to worry, we have some spare mats to borrow.)

     Thursday, May 15th at 1:00 pm

     Sunday, May 18th at Noon.

     All workshops are one hour long, and a fee of $25 paid directly to the instructor reserves your spot in the class.
